Blog - Maya and Strikes

It has come to my attention that I spend a lot of time here talking about other people's work and not so much about mine. In an effort to try and spend more time talking about what I'm doing here is a blog!

A while ago I fell into Maya and fell in love with it. Since then I haven't had much time to spend working in Maya as I would like. Today I decided to start making more time to work within Maya and to post weekly updates on progress here. This is project 1. With that said here are a couple shots of some work in progress.

Project 2 is inspired by my love for Destiny. I haven't done a post on the layout and flow of Strikes and Raids yet because I've been doing a lot of Destiny posts. So I'm trying to cut back a little on how much I post about Destiny so there is some variety. (It is the spice of life after all) But I saw an opening at Bungie for a Strike Designer and while I would love to do it I don't think I'm in the position to move up north at the moment. So I figured what better than to design and create my own Strike to pay tribute to a game which I love so very much. So I'll be working on that as well in an attempt to break up what I'm doing and keep projects feeling fresh.
